Return Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If it is due to quality issues, we will immediately pay for the replacement (including shipping), but we will need to see photos of the damage.

If there is a problem with the shipping company, we will also send a replacement free of charge and handle the issue with the shipping company separately.


The following requirements must be met in order to receive a refund:

  • The items have not been used and do not show signs of use.
  • The items are in their original condition and sealed.
  • The support team has been contacted for further steps in the return process.
  • The items have been returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You may consider a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
